In order to keep herself active and fit, she exercises every day at the gym.
However, due to the lockdown, Sanam Jung is not missing her workout and doing an intense workout at her place.
She uploaded her video doing workout and gave Tuesday motivation to her fans.
Sharing her video, she wrote, “Tuesday motivation! This looks easy but is a complete killer especially because you sit and then get up rather than doing a normal squat and not to forget this is a finisher meaning after 45mins of tough training this is how we end our workout!”
