Pakistan will face New Zealand in three ODI matches at the National Bank Arena in Karachi. The first ODI between the two sides will be played on Monday, January 9. The second and third ODIs will be played on January 11 and 13 respectively.
New Zealand do not have a great record in ODIs in Pakistan. Out of their previous 22 ODIs, they have only won four and lost 18. They played here during the 1996 World Cup, winning one and losing the other encounter.
A 3-0 win for Pakistan will take them to No. 1 in the ICC ODI rankings for teams.
