On Wednesday, the Pakistan Cricket Board announced the appointment of selection committees for both the national senior men’s team and the U19 men’s team.
The national senior men’s team selection committee is led by Haroon Rashid and consists of members Kamran Akmal, Mohammad Sami, and Yasir Hameed.
For the national U19 men’s team, Kamran Akmal will serve as the head of the selection committee and will be joined by Tauseef Ahmed, Arshad Khan, Shahid Nazir, and Shoaib Khan.
According to Mr. Najam Sethi, who is the chair of the PCB Management Committee, these selection committees are made up of individuals who have dedicated their careers to Pakistani cricket. He added that he is confident that the committees will make selections based on merit, ultimately aiding in the mission to take Pakistani cricket to new heights.
