On Friday, Murtaza Wahab spokesperson of the Sindh Government told that the National Command and Operation (NCOC) has postponed the decision of resuming public transport because of the lack of consensus among provinces.

While talking in a News program, Murtaza Wahab criticized the decision of the resumption of public transport made by PM Khan.

He said that there was a consultation carried out in the previous NCOC session concerning public transport. But NCOC clearly deferred the decision as there was a lack of consensus between the provincial governments.

The spokesperson asked Imran Khan to discuss it with other provinces again to make a consensus before announcing anything. Murtaza Wahab criticized that the prime minister made an announcement himself to resume public transport.

He claims that it is impossible to restrict people to follow lockdown measures if the government keeps on creating confusion among the public.

The authorities saw themselves how people trashed the SOP’s (Standard operating procedure) against the coronavirus. There was no existence of lockdown in any part of the country said, Murtaza Wahab.

During the last two and a half months, Sindh is being provided with the necessary medical equipment by the federal government. Whenever they asked for help the federal government starts talking about the 18th amendment.
