    Multan Sultans is one of the six teams in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The team is based in Multan, Punjab. The team was founded in 2017 as part of the inaugural PSL season. The team’s logo depicts a lion, which is the national animal of Pakistan.

    The team finished 5th out of 6 teams in the inaugural season. The team’s captain is Shoaib Malik and the head coach is Moin Khan.

    In the 2018 season, the team finished 4th out of 6 teams. They were knocked out of the playoffs by Peshawar Zalmi in a one-sided match.

    The team has featured several international players, including Kumar Sangakkara and Andre Russell.
