KP Govt. takes action for Bullying at Schools and Colleges

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government takes action in contradiction of bullying at schools and colleges all over the province.


As per the reports, all the new students getting admitted to schools and colleges are being bullied by other students. This also happens with young students who are bullied by seniors.

Kamran Bangash KP spokesperson took notice of this act and announced that the government will work to eradicate bullying from educational institutions.

He further added that the students are being harassed in the name of fooling around, which is not at all acceptable.

Kamran Bangash cautioned that if any complaints or evidence against bullying or fooling is found at any educational institution in the province, the teachers and principal will be equally responsible.

Both the students and school management will be punished for it, stated Spokesperson Kamran Bangash.

Previously, Shahram Khan Tarkai KP Education Minister announced on Twitter that the provincial cabinet has approved the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa School Bags (Limitation Weight) Act.

The law will normalize the weight of the school bags of students according to their classes.
