The HBL PSL Replacement for PSL 8 has been announced. Each franchise will replace their partially available or completely unavailable players. England players are set to miss most of the event due to their international commitments against New Zealand and Bangladesh in February and March respectively.

PSL 8 Supplementary Picks
The Supplementary picks round 3 and 4 have also been announced with the Replacement Draft.
Peshawar Zalmi had an extra player up their sleeves and can pick a maximum of three players. Other franchises could add two players in their list. The franchises were allowed to pick two local players, or one local and one overseas player but they cannot pick both overseas players as their Supplementary picks. The squad size has been increased from 18 to 20.

HBL Pakistan Super League will commence on February 13 in Multan. Multan Sultans and Lahore Qalandars will meet each other in the first match in the repeat of last edition’s final. The final of the PSL 8th edition will be played on March 19 in Lahore.
