The PSL 8 draft date has been announced. The draft will take place on the 15th of December 2022 in Karachi. The PCB draft will finalize the squads for PSL 2023 for all teams. The anticipation of the draft is high each year as fans wait to see which players are picked by which side. The franchises have already announced their retained players for the 2023 season, and PCB has announced the list of foreign players selected in the PSL draft.
The supplementary round is the last round in the PSL draft. All the teams can take two players in the Supplementary category. For this category the players are not announced because the supplementary category is a chance for the teams to pick any of the players that they may have missed out in the Platinum, Diamond, Gold and Silver categories.
